City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a an easement for ingress and
egress as described in a deed to D.E. Johnson as recorded in Volume 6591, Page 64 of the
Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas (DRTCT) and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin found at the most northwesterly corner of said Johnson tract;
THENCE
EAST, along the northerly line of said Johnson tract, for a distance of 15.00
feet to a point for a corner;
