M. Throop Survey, Abstract No. 1510, Tarrant County, Texas and being a 15 foot wide strip of land, over, through, and across a tract conveyed to Thurman and Laura Head in Volume 6910, Pg.601 (D.R.r.C.T.), and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest comer of said Head tract, being West, a distance of 122.73 feet from a concrete monument found at the northeasterly comer of Dove Acres, an addition to the City of South lake as recorded in Volume 388-132, Pg. 9, (P.R.T.C.T.); Thence North, along the westerly line of said Head tract, a distance of 15.00 feet to a point; Thence East, parallel with the southerly line of said Head tract, a distance of 102.66 feet to a point; Thence South, a distance of 15.00 feet to a point in the southerly line of said Head tract; Thence West, along the southerly line of said Head tract, also being the northerly line of said Dove Acres, a distance of 102.73 feet to the Point Of Beginning, containing 0.0354 acres or 1,540 square feet of land, more or less.
