the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted,
sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of
Southlake, Grantee herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a permanent and'perpetual easement
for the purpose of installing, repairing, maintaining, altering, replacing, relocating, and
operating utilities in, into, upon, over, across and under that land in Tarrant County,
Texas described as follows, to-wit:
Being a 15' permanent utility easement and a 20' temporary construction easement,
described as follows:
See attached Exhibit 'A' for graphic depiction
See attached Exhibit 'B' for metes and bounds description together with the right
of ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together with all and
singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging unto the said Grantee,
its successors and assigns forever; and We do hereby certify that We are the owners of the
property described herein and bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, to warrant and to
forever defend all and singular the premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and
assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim same or any
thereof.

EXHIBIT 'B'
1 5' PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT
Field Notes
Being a 0.0354 acre tract of land in the C. M. Throop Survey, Abstract No. 1510, Tarrant
County, Texas and being a 15 foot wide strip of land, over, through, and across a tract
conveyed to Thurman and Laura Head in Volume 6910, Pg.601 (D.R.r.C.T.), and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest comer of said Head tract, being West, a distance of 122.73 feet
from a concrete monument found at the northeasterly comer of Dove Acres, an addition to
the City of South lake as recorded in Volume 388-132, Pg. 9, (P.R.T.C.T.);
Thence
North, along the westerly line of said Head tract, a distance of 15.00 feet to
a point;
Thence
East, parallel with the southerly line of said Head tract, a distance of 102.66
feet to a point;
Thence
South, a distance of 15.00 feet to a point in the southerly line of said Head
tract;
Thence
West, along the southerly line of said Head tract, also being the northerly line
of said Dove Acres, a distance of 102.73 feet to the Point Of Beginning,
containing 0.0354 acres or 1,540 square feet of land, more or less.
Also included will be a temporary construction easement as shown on Exhibit "A".
