KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10) Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid by Grantee Herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged and confessed, Have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of Southlake, Grantee herein, of Tarrant
County, Texas a permanent and perpetual Easement for the purpose of installing,
repairing, maintaining, altering, replacing, relocating, and operating utilities in, into,
upon, across and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas described as follows, to-wit:
Being a 15' permanent utility easement and temporary construction easement, described
as follows.
See attached Exhibit' A' for graphic depiction.
See attached Exhibit 'B' for metes and bounds description together with the right
of ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all singular, the privileges aforesaid to it, the said City of
Southlake, Texas its successors and assigns forever, together with the right and
privilege, at any and all times to enter said premises or any part thereof, for the purpose
of constructing, reconstructing and perpetually maintaining said utility facilities together
with necessary appurtenances inside said permanent easement and for making
connections therewith all upon the condition that the City of Southlake, Texas will at all
times, after doing any work in connection with the construction, reconstruction or repair
of said utility facility restore said premises as nearly to the condition in which same
were found before such work was undertaken, including repair of all fences that might
be disturbed or damaged in performing said work, save and except the City of Southlake
shall not be responsible for the cost of removing, repairing or replacing any Federal
Government building structure erected in or upon the easement and further upon the
condition that in the use of the aforesaid rights and privileges herein granted, the City of
Southlake, Texas will not create a nuisance or do any act that will be detrimental to said
premises or interfere with the Government's operation of the navigational facility and
that said tract will not be used by said City of Southlake, Texas for any other purpose
under this grant, except as herein provided.

Field Notes
Being a 0.016 acre tract of land in the l.W. Chivers Survey, Abstract No. 350, City of
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being a 15 foot wide strip ofland, over, through, and
across a tract conveyed to the Federal Aviation Administration in Volume 8577, P.836,
(D.R.T.C.T.) and being more particularly described as follows:
Being a 15 foot wide strip ofland having a centerline north, a distance of29.75 feet from the
south property line of said Federal Aviation Administration tract, said south property line
also being the north right-of-way line of East Dove Road, and being continuous across the
limits of said tract, containing 0.016 acres or 698 square feet of land.
