SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AND
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, Joe L. Wright, Grantor herein, for and in consideration of South lake
relinquishing all fees for ~ sewer taps to the Grantor for the above, and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do
grant, sell and convey to the City of South lake, Grantee herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a
permanent and perpetual 10 foot sewer line easement solely for the purpose of installation of a
segment of the S-7 sanitary sewer line, and a temporary 35 foot wide construction easement, in
and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas described as follows, to-wit:
Being a permanent 10 foot wide utility easement and a 35 foot wide temporary construction
easement, described as follows:
See Exhibit "A" for graphic depiction
See Exhibit "B"for metes and bounds description
together with the right of ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes.
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together with all and singular, the
rights and appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging unto the said Grantee, its successors and
assigns forever; and I do hereby certify that I am the owner of the property described herein
and bind myself, my heirs and assigns, to warrant and to forever defend all and singular the
premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim same or any thereof.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Being a portion of a tract of land out of the Harrison Decker Survey, Abstract No.
438, City of South lake, Tarrant County, Texas, conveyed to Joe L. Wright as
recorded in Volume 7607, Page 1182, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas,
(DRTCT), and being a portion of that same tract of land as conveyed to Glen L.
Fielder, and wife, Laura L. Fielder, in Volume 1773, Page 167, DRTCT, and being
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point for the northeast corner of said Wright tract, said point being
the south right-of-way line of County Road No. 3099 (East Continental
Boulevard), and also being, (by deed call) S 00000'03" E, 20 feet and N
89050'34" E, from the northwest corner of the Harrison Decker Survey,
Abstract No. 438;
THENCE S 00002'00" W, a distance of 1459.29 feet, to a point for the northwest
corner of a tract of land by deed to Joe L. Wright, as recorded in Volume
8060, Page 27, DRTCT;
THENCE S 00017'35" W, a distance of 15.00 feet, to a point for corner;
THENCE N 89058'00" W, distance of 9.93 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE N 00002'00" E, a distance of 1474.26 feet, to a point for corner;
