KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF TARRANT 9
Whereas, TXU Gas Company is the owner and holder of that certain Easement and
Right of Way recorded in Volume 15550, Page 155, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas; and
That, TXU Gas Company ("TXU"), acting by and through the undersigned, its duly
authorized representative, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars, and other good and
valuable consideration paid by the City of Southlake, a municipal corporation of Tarrant
County, Texas, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain and
convey to the City, its successors and assigns, an Access Easement, upon a portion of
said TXU easement, for the City to access its waterline facilities, with the right and
privilege at any and all times, subject to approval in writing by TXU, except in an
emergency, to enter said premises, or any part thereof, as is necessary for the purpose of
constructing, reconstructing and maintaining said waterline facilities, and for making
connections therewith. Said waterline facilities shall not be constructed within said TXU
easement. Said Access Easement being described as follows:
Being a twenty-foot (20') wide strip of land out of the R.F. Allen Survey, A-29, and
being further described on Exhibits "A" and uB" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the City of South lake, its successors and
assigns.

ACCESS INGRESS-EGRESS EASEMENT
BEING a 20 foot wide strip of land located in the R. F. ALLEN SURVEY,
Abstract No. 29, Keller, Tarrant County, Texas, and crossing the 75 foot
wide Gas Easement conveyed to Lone Star Gas by the deed recorded in
Volume 15550, Page 155 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and
also overlaying and utilizing the same access easement retained by Ida
Claudine Perrigo in the deed recorded in Volume 15106, Page 397 of the
Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas. Said 20 foot wide strip of land
being more particularly described by metes and bounds, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the most Northerly Northeast corner of the Tract
of land conveyed to Ida Claudine Perrigo by the deed recorded in
Volume 15672, Page 341 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County,
Texas, said point of beginning also being the Northwest corner of
the aforesaid 75 foot wide Lone Star Gas Company Easement;
THENCE N 830 36' 01" E 20.00 feet, along the North boundary line
of said Lone Star Gas Company Easement, to a point;
