Hall Survey, Abstract No. 687, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of Lot 1, Block 1 of the W.W. Hall No. 687 Addition, Cabinet "A", Slide 2176, said Lot 1 conveyed by Pleasant Hill Advent Christain Church to Gregory B. Wright by deed dated October 28, 1994 and recorded in Volume 11813, Page 0134, of the Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, which 0.007 acre of an acre of land, more or less, is more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Northerly right-of-way line of F.M. Highway 1709 and the West line of said Lot 1 and in the East line of Lot 6A, Block 6, Diamond Circle Estates, as shown on a plat of record in Volume 388-81, Page 69, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE N 030 17' 47" E, along the west of Lot 1 for a distance of 11.00 feet to a point for corner, said point being in a curve to the right, having a radius of 1,510.00 feet, a central angle of 020 00' 07" and a chord bearing of S 81 0 09' 47" E; THENCE Southeasterly along said curve a distance of 52.76, to a point for corner in the south line of Lot 1 and in the Northerly right-of-way line of F.M.
