KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Southlake relinquishing applicable sewer impact fee for one single family residential or
commercial connection, and sewer connection charges for one single family residential or
commercial service, and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee
herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have
granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of
Southlake, Grantee herein, of Tarrant County, Texas, a perpetual foot ( )
utility easement in, into, upon, over, across and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas
described as follows, to wit:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement unto the City of Southlake, its
successors and assigns, and Grantor hereby binds itself, its successorsand assigns and to
warrant and forever defend, all and singular, said premises unto the City of Southlake, its
successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the
same or any part thereof. The terms of this dedication shall run with the land and shall be
binding upon and inure to the benefit of the City of Southlake and its successors and
assigns.

15' PERMANENT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
Field Notes
Being a 0.093 acre tract of land in the John A. Freeman Survey, Abstract No. A-529,
City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a tract of land
conveyed to Dallas Foam, Inc. in Volume 8374, Page 139 of the Deed Records of
Tarrant County Texas, (D.R.T.C.T.) and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said Dallas Foam Tract and being in the South
right-of-way line of State Highway F .M. 1709;
THENCE
S 890 53' 01" E, along the north line of said Dallas Foam Tract for a
distance of 269.75 feet to a point for a corner in the South right-of-way
line of State Highway F.M. 1709, said point being the northeast corner
of said Dallas Foam Tract;
THENCE
S 000 05' 56" W, along the east line of said Tract for a distance of
15.00 feet to a point for a corner in the east line of said Dallas Foam
Tract;
THENCE
N 890 53' 01" W, for a distance of 269.75 feet to a point for a corner in
the west line of said Dallas Foam Tract;
THENCE
N 000 05' 56" E, along the west line of said Dallas Foam Tract for a
distance of 15.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing within
these metes and bounds 0.093 acres or 4,046 square feet of land more or
