Background
Information: Several of the Southlake Boards and Commissions include City
Council appointees/representation. All board/commission member
terms are two years, unless the member is appointed to fulfill a
vacancy. During their tenure, Council members are appointed and
served on various boards/committees. Invariably board/commission
terms do not correspond with the elected official's term in office. As
a result, outgoing Council members create vacancies within
boards/commissions.
Staff is seeking action by Council to fulfill vacancies on the above -
identified boards/commissions.
