Variance to Section 43, Overlay Zones, 43.9.b.1 to allow a 10% reduction in parking spaces from 36 required spaces to 32 provided spaces. 2. Variance to the Existing Tree Cover Preservation Requirements of the Tree Preservation Ordinance to allow 9% of the existing tree cover to be preserved and 91% is proposed to be removed. There is 1.8% of existing tree cover on the site and a minimum of 70% of the existing tree cover is required to be preserved. 3.
