4. Review, discuss and make recommendations on the proposed redevelopment of the
Westwood Offices located at 1721 - 1725 E. Southlake Blvd., generally located at the
southwest corner of E. Southlake Blvd. and Westwood Dr.
5. Review, discuss and make recommendations on the proposed building modifications for the
Capital Grille located at 1201 E. SH 114 Suite 100, in the Carroll Pointe retail development
generally located at the southeast corner E. SH 114 and N Carroll Ave.
6. Review, discuss and make recommendations on a proposed for a carwash concept within the
City of Southlake.
7. Adjournment.
