• Purpose: The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a zoning change and
concept plan for a three (3) lot residential development on approximately 4.93 acres.

Your property has been identified as being within 300 feet of the above referenced Zoning Change
application. A public hearing will be held by the City of Southlake Planning and Zoning Commission
on May 19, 2022 at 6:30 pm in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 1400 Main Street, Southlake,
Texas.
Please note that this letter and its attachments constitute written notice about the proposed Zoning
Change.
