MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Chad Patton, and members John Huffman, Amy Torres-
Lepp, Randy Robbins, Ronell Smith, and Kathy Talley
MEMBERS ABSENT: Randy Williamson, William Wooten, and Todd Carlton
STAFF PRESENT: Assistant City Manager Alison Ortowski, Chief Financial Officer Sharen
Jackson and City Secretary Amy Shelley.
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Amy Torres-Lepp at 5:01pm.
2. CONSIDERATION: APPROVAL OF AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER ONE, CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, AND GPI
SOUTHLAKE II, L.P., A DELAWARE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
Assistant City Manager Alison Ortowski Item 2 and answered questions from the Board.
A motion was made to approve an economic development agreement between the City of
Southlake, the Board of Directors of the Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Southlake,
Texas, and GPI Southlake II, L.P., a Delaware Limited Partnership.
Motion: Huffman
Second: Smith
Ayes: Huffman, Patton, Robbins, Smith, Talley, Torres-Lepp
Absent: Carlton, Williamson, Wooten
Approved: 6-0
3. ADJOURNMENT
