CALL TO ORDER Southlake Arts Council Chair Tamara McMillan called the meeting to order at 6:00p.m. -1UH161Cieli' Chair McMillan opened the Public Forum at 6:00p.m. There being no one present to address the Arts Council, the Public Forum was closed at 6:00p.m. 3. CONSENT Xs] .614.11 WIWI=I Z1171 Consent Agenda items are considered routine by the Arts Council and are enacted with one motion. 3A. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE JANUARY 25, 2022, SOUTHLAKE ARTS COUNCIL MEETING Chair McMillan presented the Consent Agenda, including approval of the minutes of the January 25, 2022 Southlake Arts Council meeting. Chair McMillan asked if there were any revisions to the minutes. No revisions were discussed. Motion: Walker Second: Kienast Ayes: Kienast, McMillan, Messing, Terrazas, Viktorin, Walker Nays: None Abstain: Doyle Vote: 6-0 Motion passed. 4. DISCUSSION 4A. CITIZEN SURVEY REPORT Management Assistant Bora Sulollari presented the results of the 2021 Citizen Satisfaction Survey and was available to answer questions. Direction to Staff: none 4B. BE THE BRIDGE STATUE UPDATE Assistant to the Director Milenka Lopez and Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented updates about the Be the Bridge Statue maintenance and were available to answer questions. Direction to Staff: Reach out to Christopher Fennell and Mark Weisbeck for a statue concept, ask follow up questions to Mark Leichliter. 4D. ARIA SOUNDBOARD UPDATE Assistant to the Director Milenka Lopez presented progress on item 4D and was available to answer questions. SOUTHLAKE PRESENTS UPDATE Assistant to the Director Milenka Lopez presented the Southlake Presents update to the Arts Council and was available to answer questions. Direction to Staff: Continue to advertise on social media 4F. WEBSITE EDIT UPDATE Community Relations Manager presented the website edit project and was available to answer questions. Direction to Staff: Include item on future agenda(s). Arts Council members will workshop content for the website at a later meeting. 4G. FY2022 PROJECTS UPDATE Arts Council Chair Tamara McMillan presented ideas for potential FY 2022 Projects, including having a booth at the 2022 Stars and Stripes event, and starting to think about future art projects. Direction to Staff: Get current design plans for the new Public Works building. 5.
