Per Subdivision Ord. No. 483, as amended, Section 4.01.1.3, we are requesting an extension to the
validity of the Plat showing for Lots 25 and 26. O.W. Knight Addition at 1000 Breeze Way for a period
of one year from the expiration date, which is February 2, 2022, until February 2, 2023, to be presented to
Council at the next meeting date of January 18, 2022.
The prgject was delayed due to re -design of the sanitary sewer system that was initially provided from
Continental and will now be coming from Sarah Park. We are currently in discussion with the city on the
re -design and expect it to be completed in the next 60-90 days.
