A motion was made to approve item 9, subject to the staff reported dated February 17, 2022, and the development site plan review summary #1 dated February 17, 2022; granting the six variances as requested; and encourage the Applicant as it goes forward to provide as much information in the way of photos of the buffer yard that would support the request for the first variance; providing a perspective on the site lines along 114, similar to what was done along Kirkwood, creating as much visual of the layout of the property in the surrounding areas; and noting specifically the access from 114 being potentially egress, but limited to be egress only.
