SOUTHLAKE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE UPDATES BY CLINT SNEAD Chamber Board President Mark Guilbert provided an update, on behalf of Clint Snead, on the work of the Southlake Chamber of Commerce. 4. SOUTHLAKE SISTER CITIES ARTWORK CONTEST WINNERS Southlake Sister Cities President Katy Hintze announced the artwork contest winners for the annual membership mugs. TRAFFIC STUDY RECOMMENDATION FOR THE MUSTANG DRIVE INDUSTRIAL SUBAREA Director of Public Works Rob Cohen presented recommendations for a traffic study for the industrial subarea near State Highway 26. 6. DISCUSS ALL ITEMS ON TONIGHT'S AGENDA. NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AND EACH ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED DURING THE REGULAR SESSION. Mayor Huffman reviewed the items on the consent agenda. Current Zoning: "CS" Community Service District, subject to Staff Report dated January 11, 2022, and Plat Review Summary No. 3, dated January 11, 2022, and noting the following: - Driveway Ord. No. 634, as amended, Section 5.2.d requires a minimum stacking depth of 75'. A variance is requested to allow a stacking depth of approximately 40' for all three driveways.
