Deputy Director, Dennis Killough provided a recap of item 7, as it was formally presented
during Work Session; questions were asked.
Applicant — Chris Tribble, Director of Community Services was present, but no questions
were asked.
Chairman Kubiak announced item 7 did not require a public hearing but opened the floor
for anyone who had comments; no one came forward to speak.
A motion was to approve item 7 and recommending approval of all variances requested.
