The property at the address referenced above is currently improved with a one-story building, paved
parking and other site improvements. We respectfully request a change in zoning from B1 to SP-1. The
purpose of this re-zoning request is to allow an existing commercial kitchen, previously used for retail
demonstrations, to be utilized for the daily preparation of food. The current B1 zoning shall remain as
the foundation of the SP-1 zoning with exceptions noted in the attached Exhibit ‘A’.
