Item 4E - Plat Extension Letter December 22, 2021 Mr. Richard Schell Principal Planner City of Southlake 1400 Main Street Southlake, Texas 76092 RE: Preliminary and Final Plat Extension Request Southlake Villas (Case Number ZA19-0083, ZA20-0065) Southlake, Texas Dear Mr. Schell: On behalf of our client, we are requesting a one-year extension of the plat approved for the project. The Preliminary Plat expires on February 4th, 2022 and the Final Plat expires on January 7th 2022. Construction is ongoing but there have been delays as the access to the Davis Blvd. has been obstructed by the town of Westlake. We expect to have construction completed as soon as we are able to continue the connection and construct the roadway. We therefore request an extension on the approval.
