FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: The property is located at 2438 E Southlake Blvd. Development Details: The applicant is proposing to repurpose an existing 3,100 sq. ft. building for a restaurant/drive-thru concept located at 2438 E. Southlake Blvd. The existing drive-thru lanes will be converted to be parking spaces and outdoor patio seating. A pick-up window and parking space is proposed for prescheduled food orders to be retrieved. Presentation: Questions and Concerns: 1. How does the customer flow from the building to the outdoor dining? Guests would walk through the front door around to the patio. To avoid collision from the pick-up area to the patio, rumble strips and a pedestrian light system are proposed. 2. Where would you have the exercise class? Generally, they are done in the parking lot or in the patio area for up to 50 people. SPIN Meeting Reports are general observations of SPIN Meetings by City staff and SPIN Representatives.
