Mayor Huffman and City Council Members
The request iSfor a zoning change and site plan tomodify the materials and colors cmthe elevations for
Building A in Park Village and to add another entrance so that the space can be divided into two lease
spaces, The proposed modifications to the fa[acle for West Elm involve removing the stone material atthe
front and replacing with a3-step stucco/plaster system, minimal 7/8" thick, painted per the exhibits. The
remainder Ofthe faI;adeconsists nfrepainting existing brick and stone elements, adding canopies and
repainting copings, doors and misc. elements 'for anew, fresh look. Atthe newly created entry atthe
adjacent lease space we are proposing to leave that portion of the faade alone, with the exception of
cleaning up the stone and adding a new aluminum and glass storefront system. Also, we are proposing to
remove the stone cladding material from the patio structure, add metal column wraps, and repaint the
entire patio structure. YVefeel this minimal, cleaner design ismore appropriate with the new proposed
building faade design features. No other changes to the previously approved zoning and site plan are
proposed and all previous conditions ofapproval remain ineffect,
