FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: The property is located at 190 Davis Blvd. Development Details: The client is proposing an 1,800 sf drinks only drive-thru building. The proposed improvements include parking spaces, a trash enclosure, landscape screening, storm- water infrastructure and applicable utilities. The site is a 1.379 ac. vacant lot on 190 Davis Blvd. HTeaO is also a self-service walk-in tea house for making own tea combinations and a drive thru. Pre-packaged foods, filtered water from on-site, bottled tea, bagged ice, yeti and penguin products will be sold. The building will be a West Texas and Hill Country architectural style. Presentation: Questions and Concerns: Comment: Love the concept and hope you will use styroform cups instead of plastic cups for the drinks with the crush ice.
