CALL TO ORDER Chair Frances Scharli called the regular Parks and Recreation Board meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. 2. CONSENT AGENDA 2A. APPROVE MINUTES FROM THE PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD MEETING HELD OCTOBER 11, 2021 The minutes of the October 11, 2021 Parks and Recreation Board meeting were approved with no changes or corrections. 2B. ABSENCE OF PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD MEMBERS Park Board Vice Chair Paul Venesky's absence from the October 11, 2021 meeting was excused. Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are enacted with one motion by the Board. Motion: Craddock Second: Driscoll Ayes: Bedwell, Craddock, Driscoll, Scharli Nays: None Abstain: None Vote: 4-0 Motion carried. 3. PUBLIC FORUM Chair Frances Scharli opened public forum at 6:06 p.m. There being no one to address the Board, Chair Scharli closed Public Forum at 6:06 p.m. 4. CONSIDER 4A. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF THE MODIFICATIONS TO MCPHERSON PARK THAT HAVE BEEN PROPOSED AS PART OF THE SITE PLAN FOR THE GRANITE SOUTHLAKE OFFICE PHASE 2 DEVELOPMENT Director Chris Tribble presented item 4A to the Board and was available for questions. A motion was made to recommend approval of the modifications to McPherson Park that have been proposed as part of the site plan for the Granite Southlake Office Phase 2 development as presented. Motion: Craddock Second: Driscoll Ayes: Bedwell, Craddock, Driscoll, Scharli Nays: None Abstain: None Vote: 4-0 Motion carried. 5. DISCUSSION 5A.
