PUBLIC HEARING Director, Ken Baker presented item 9; questions were asked to both Director Ken Baker and Deputy City Engineer, Kevin Ferrer. Chairman Kubiak opened the public hearing for item 9 and read one comment card from: Eric Agnew, 1001 Meadow Court, who came forward to speak in favor and ask questions. No one else came forward. Chairman Kubiak closed the public hearing for item 9. The Commission followed up with staff to discuss question brought forward during public hearing. Planning&Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes—November 4, 2021 Page 4 of 5 A motion was made to approve item 9 with the following recommendations to staff and City Council: 1) with respect to South Peytonville,i#304 and the Highland sectiorlis that staff proceed and refine the cost, considering the connectivity of the schools and evaluate moving those up through a Tier 1 or a Tier 2; 2) with respect to Randol Mill, talk to the City of Westlake about connectivity and consider moving that up in priority as well; 3) for the East Dove Road, #491 project, evaluate any grant money that might be available, as well as moving that up to Priority #1; and 4) for North Peytonville, #204, evaluate cost refinement and the project overall in moving that up in priority; and then also noting generally the Commission's recommendation to approve the pathways map amendments, the thoroughfare plan amendments and the road project amendments.
