DEVELUPAff_' I' REGULATIONS:
This property shall be subject to the development regulations of the —O-F Office District,
Section 1 Sof Zoning Ordinance No. 4-50, as amended, and all other applicable regulations of
Zoning Ordinance No. 450, as .amended, with the fallowing exceptions:
1. Tree presenation shall be approximately 31.1%.

1_ Driveway Ordinance No. 634, as amended, Section 5.2(d) requires a ininimi sta£Ldng depth
of 75' at this location. A variance is requested allowing stacking depths of 54-' off S_ Nolen Drive
and 50' for both driveways off Village Center Drive. Please note that this development
considered by itself would only require a 504bot stacking depth; it is because of the connection
with the Nolen Center Development to the north that the ordinance requires a 75-ft or greater
stacking depth on this deaelopment.
2 _ Masonry Ordinance No_ 557, as amended, requires all buildings to have exterior u-alls
constructed using a masonry material covering at least eighty percent (809fa) of said malls,
exclusi-ve of all windows, doors, roofs, glass construction materials, or sidewalk and walk -way
