Dennis Sales Golf
The applicant, Dennis Sales of Dennis Sales Golf, provides a boutique style
commercial golf school for private training or in groups of three (3). The
hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 8 pm,
Saturday 9 am to 6 pm and Sunday 9 am to 1 pm. All appointments are
booked online, and no walk-ins are accepted. Appointments can last from
1 to 4 hours with an average class time from 90 minutes to 2 hours. The
groups are kept small to ensure the highest level of service to the clients.
There 49 parking spaces for the property that are shared by all tenants.
Parking for this golf school will require 1 parking space per 3 students.
Based on the maximum class size of 3 students, one parking is required for
this use.
