Item 6C - NarrativeAs mentioned in the council meeting last Tuesday, 9/21 as owner of 2112 E. SH
114, my company, KP Southlake JV, LLC is currently working with VANSANITY, a
Boston, Mass. coworking space provider that offers a new approach to aesthetic
business success.
We are currently in engaged on an executed "Letter of Intent" to occupy the
entire building, approximately 9,200 sf.
Further, we are negotiating the final lease terms, a ten (10) year lease with an
option to renew for two (2) concurrent five (5) year terms that is pending the
approval of the requested SUP application.
We have completed our due diligence on the firm and the financial stability of the
ownership and have a high level of confidence in their ability to be successful in
Southlake.
Vansanity is the next iteration of shared office space developed
specifically to serve the medical aesthetics community.
