A motion was made to approve item 7, subject to the staff report dated October 1, 2021, and further subject to the site plan review summary #2 dated October 1, 2021 ; and as part of the motion, approve item 8, subject to the staff report dated October 1, 2021, and subject to the specific use permit staff review #2 dated October 1, 2021, and subject to resolution no. 21-044, and further noting the SUP that is requested pursuant to item 8 is limited and tied to the term of the lease and any extensions.
