Zoning Ordinance No.480,as amended,Section 34.2.c does not allow
accessory buildings or structures on a lot until a principal building is
existing and being used on the lot.A zoning change is required to modify
the existing “S-P-2”zoning since the accessory structure is proposed on a
lot with no principal building.
