SIGN VARIANCE APPLICATION

Please demonstrate that the following conditions are applicable to the requested sign variarroe:

The change in sign code that second story signs are not allowed has created an issue at
this location_ The existing signs on this building are all second story signs_ The sign we are
removing and replacing is a second story sign. The building is built in a way that a first story
sign would not be practical for this location.
2_ That the situation causing the unnecessary hardship or practical difficulty is unique to the affected
property and is not self imposed_

and has many old tress_ The building is built in a way that a first story sign would not be
practical_

development of adjacent properties.

properties and is totally compatible with existing standards-

This variance will allow us to install a sign that fits all existing signage in visibility and
placement and compliment the area where it is placed_
