Proposed Project is to construct a 5,100 square foot one-story Office Building based upon
the Architectural Style approved and built on Lot 7 of this development.
Zoning shall remain SP-2 with 0-1 uses. Building use shall be General Office.
Building shall have concrete foundation, wood frame structure with brick veneer walls,
storefront glass and composition shingle roof.
The project meets the City Development Guidelines with no variances requested.
