The property is located 321 State Street.
Development Details:
The applicant is proposing to develop an approximately 500 sq. ft. outdoor patio addition
to Market by Macy's located at 321 State St.
Presentation:
The purpose of this project is to inaorpomte a pafio as requested by Scuthlake
Town Square's developer, Reto 11 Properties of America Inc. The site is currently
used os a sidewalk path wilh a mulched tree had and proposed to be a new
fenced patio space servicing the guests of Market by Macy's freshly re -branded
oofe 'H_ll The patio will be accessed Through a new gloss storell system
on the side of the building via a new concrete stair end romp_ Wood baffles
matching the store's new Interior design will block views of the service orec be-
hind the pafio. The site's existing lamp pole will remain as located however the
sitlewalk will be extentled Info existing parltinp spaces to provide a 48" clear
path of hovel omuntl the new patio space_ Fi lly, the pafio will be decorated
will tables, chairs cnd umbrellas to provide c comfartcble place tar pet— of
the Soulhloke Town Square Ic relax with c meal or coffee.
