The site is currently used as a sidewalk path with a mulched tree bed and proposed to be a new fenced patio space servicing the guests of Market by Macy’s freshly re-branded café ‘Herald’. The patio will be accessed through a new glass storefront system on the side of the building via a new concrete stair and ramp. Wood baffles matching the store’s new interior design will block views of the service area be - hind the patio. The site’s existing lamp pole will remain as located, however the sidewalk will be extended into existing parking spaces to provide a 48” clear path of travel around the new patio space. Finally, the patio will be decorated with tables, chairs and umbrellas to provide a comfortable place for patrons of the Southlake Town Square to relax with a meal or coffee.
