SIGN VARIANCE APPLICATION
Demonstration
Please demonstrate that the following conditions are applicable to the requested sign variance:
That a literal enforcement of the sign regulation vrill create an unnecessary hardship or practical
difficulty on the applicant -
The current allowed location of signs 3 & 4 provides no vilibility to customers
when approaching the building from White or HwY 114- Moving these two
sign locations to the eastside of the building will allow visibility to visitors as they
approach the building -
That the situation causing the unnecessary hardship or practical difficulty is unique to the affected
property and is not self imposed -
The placement otthe building on the lot does not allow signage to be visible
from the back of the building providing a hardship to tenants as well as
visitors to the property -
3. That the variance will not injure and will be wholly compatible with the use and perrnMied
development of adjacent properties -
The varience +will not affect any of the surrounding buildings or businesses
in this location -
That the variance wi II be in harm any with the spirit and purpose of the sign ordinance.
The variance willI actually promote the spirit of the sign ordinance,
by providing signag e that is visible to visitors as well as allowing the tenants
some visibility-
