Below is a narrative for the 8.53 Acre development located at the northeast
corner of the intersection of Southlake Blvd. and White Chapel Blvd. in
Southlake, Texas.
Summary:
• The proposed project is an 8.53- acre development with multiple retail
and restaurant use buildings. A 73,171-sf grocery store and retail
building, a 25,129-sf retail building, and a 4,672-sf drive thru restaurant
and retail building.
• The existing 73,171-sf and 25,129-sf grocery and retail buildings are
existing and will remain as is on the development site.
• The proposed 4,672-sf drive thru restaurant and retail building will take
the place of the gas station and car wash on the corner of the site.
• The proposed access will be from Southlake Blvd., as well as shared
access to White Chapel Blvd.
