FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: The property is located at the 1900 and 1950 Greenwood Drive, Southlake. Development Details: The applicant to develop a private car showroom and display facility on approximately 1.16 acres located at 1900 and 1950 Greenwood Drive. The proposed building will be an approximately 32,355 sq. ft. and be developed for a private car collection. No sales or services will be part of this development. The property is currently undeveloped consisting of 2 lots and contains a landscape buffer on the east side of the lot adjacent to the residential. For the new development there will be an evergreen bufferyard on the east property line. The lot will be landscaped per City regulations. All photometrics for exterior lighting will be according to the City regulations. The applicant has met with the HOA for the residential neighborhood to the east prior to this meeting and they were satisfied with the development presentation.
