PROPER LINE AND GRADE BY CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO AND / OR DURING THE
PLACEMENT OF PERMANENT PAVING. ANY FACILITIES DAMAGED DURING
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO BEAR THE COST OF ANY
CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE RESTORED TO A STATE AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN THEIR

MISCELLANEOUS FEES OR CERTIFIGATIONS REQUIRED FOR A SUCCESSFUL
IT WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO PROTECT ALL EXISTING
COMPLETION OF THIS PROJECT.
PAVING, SIDEWALKS, BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES THAT WILL REMAIN IN
PLACE DURING THE CONSTRUCTION. THE ARCHITECT IS NOR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
EROSION CONTROL NOTES:
INACCURACIES IN THE LOCATION, SIZE, GRADE, OR FULL EXTENT OF THE EXISTING
ABOVE - GROUND OR UNDERGROUND FACILITIES SHOWN ON THESE PLANS. THE
- CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE EROSION CONTROL PLAN AND DETAILS AS
CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPORTING ANT INACCURACIES IN
