ARTS COUNCIL REPORT At the request of Councilmember Kathy Talley, Art Council Chair Tamara McMillan and Place 4 member Terri Messing provided a presentation on the Arts Council recent activities. 4. RECOGNITION OF SOUTHLAKE SISTER CITIES STUDENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP ACADEMY Mayor John Huffman introduced Southlake Sister Cities President Katy Hintze who recognized students for taking part in the Sister Cities International Leadership Academy this summer. 6. HONORS & RECOGNITION: SOUTHLAKE CARROLL TARGET TEAM NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP PROCLAMATION Mayor John Huffman recognized Coach Mitch Hagy and the Southlake Carroll Target Team for winning a National Championship. 7.
