Deputy Director, Dennis Killough informed the Commission that the Applicant was not present and suggested to move to table. A motion was made to table item 5. CONSIDER: SV21-0018, SIGN VARIANCE FOR BROOMFIELD HOMES LOCATED AT 1050 E. SH 114, SUITE 200, SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS. Deputy Director, Dennis Killough presented item 6; questions were asked. Applicant — Rick Sutton with Legacy Signs, 10375 Alta Vista, Fort Worth, Texas came forward to speak and answer questions.
