REGULAR ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING

The next scheduled Regular Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting will be held September 16, 2021.
The following request to table case ZBA21-0015 will be considered at the September 16t" meeting:
ZBA21-0015, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 14.5(c), requiring a side yard setback of twenty
(20) feet and a Special Exception Use per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12(1) for a servants or
family quarters on property described as Lot 10, Block B, Triple C Ranch, an addition to the City of
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 1309 Bay Meadows Dr., Southlake, Texas. Current
Zoning: SF-1A — Single Family Residential District. This item was tabled on June 10, 2021 at the
applicant's request to the August 26, 2021 meeting. The applicant has requested to table this
item to the November 11, 2021 meeting.
