Variances Requested
The following variances to Driveway Ord.No.634 are requested:
•The minimum required stacking depth on W.Kirkwood Blvd.is 100’.The applicant is
requesting a stacking depth of 34’for the proposed driveway to match the existing
condition of the two driveways onto W.Kirkwood Blvd.at the surface parking lot.A
variance to the required stacking depth for the existing two driveways was granted with
approval of the Site Plan for the surface parking lot in 2010 (ZA10-026).

•The minimum required centerline spacing between driveways on W.Kirkwood Blvd.is 250’.
The applicant is requesting a variance to allow the proposed driveway to be located ±123’
from the existing driveway to the south and ±246.7’from the driveway to the north.A
variance to allow a spacing of ±180’between the existing driveways was approved in 2010
(ZA10-026).
•
•A variance to the minimum required distance of 10’to a curb inlet is requested for the
proposed driveway.
