AGENDA: Call to Order — Meeting was called to order at 4:19PM 2. Consent A. Approve the minutes from the December 14, 2020- Motion to approve the minutes with no corrections was made by Surina Kishinchandani and seconded by Katy Lin. Motion carried (15-0) 4. Discussion A. Guest Speaker — Kristin McGrail, Municipal Court Manager - presented an overview of her role and job duties within the City and answered questions from the Commission. B. The Commission discussed potential guest speakers from within the City for the rest of the year. C. The Commission briefly discussed potential group projects. D. Community Relations Manager, Vicky Schiber asked the Commission members to email her their interests for Intern Day within the City departments. E. The Commission briefly discussed potential volunteer project(s). 5. Adjournment — Motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:08p.m. was made by Katy Lin and seconded by Surina Kishinchandani.
