ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING: February 11. 2021

Members Present: None due to inclement weather
Members Absent: Board members: Chair Jeff Medici, Vice Chair David Treichler, Michael
Quinones- Place 1, Trey Verbick- Place 2, Robert Kemins- Alternate 2, and Clinton Snead -
Alternate 3. and Heather King- Alternate 4.

REGULAR SESSION:
Agenda Item No. 1 Call to Order: Dennis Killough, Deputy Director of Planning and
Development Services, called the February 11, 2021 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting to
order at 6:30 p.m. There was an absence of a quorum due to inclement weather. Per the Rules
of Procedure, as amended, Section 2.1 — Quorum, Deputy Director Killough announced that all
items on the agenda were tabled to the next scheduled Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting to
be held on February 25, 2021.
Agenda Item No. 2 Executive Session: No executive session was held.
Agenda Item No. 3 Approval of the Minutes: Due to the absence of a quorum, no action was
taken. The item was tabled to the February 25, 2021 meeting.
Agenda Item No. 4 - Administrative Comments: None.
Agenda Item No. 5 — Consider ZBA21-0003, Special Exception Use per Ord. No. 480, as
amended, Section 44.12(6) for a reduction in the required setback from property lines for a
residential accessory structure on property described as Lot 5, Block 1, Lake Crest, an addition
to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 101 Clear Lake Ct., Southlake,
Texas. Current Zoning: "SF -20A" Single Family Residential District.
Due to the absence of a quorum, no action was taken. The item was tabled to the February 25,
2021 meeting.
Agenda Item No. 6 — Consider ZBA21-0004, Variance to Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as
amended, Section 9.5.b requiring a front yard of not less than 40', Section 9.5.c requiring a side
yard of not less than 25' and Section 9.5.e requiring the maximum lot coverage to not exceed
10% of the lot area on property described as Lot 2C1, R.P. Estes Subdivision, being a portion of
Lot 2, R. P. Estes Subdivision, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 2350 Crawford Ct.,
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: "AG" Agricultural District.
Due to the absence of a quorum, no action was taken. The item was tabled to the February 25,
2021 meeting.
