Current Zoning: "SF -1A" Single Family Residential District. The applicant has requested to table this item to the August 26, 2021 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting. 6. Consider: ZBA21-0018, Variance to Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 11.5.c requiring a side yard of not less than 20' on property described as Lot 5, Block 1, Randol Mill Estates, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 1788 Kingswood Dr., Southlake, Texas.
