According to the Tarrant County website. 1)The TIF expired in 2017 2)There is no mention of the Brownstones or any other multi-family or high-density developments in the TIFRZ 3) If a project was approved to be in the TIFRZ, but never started, does that mean the approval has expired. And, given TIF expiration, has the reasoning for the original approval materially changed and should go back thru a full approval process. I was always under the impression that all the high-density development was in the TIRZ. I am confused. Regards. Please DENY the request to rezone any part of Town Square for any high- density multi-family structures. It was never in the master zoning plan for Southlake and will not enhance overall property values and city interests. It will overcrowd the existing infrastructure and schools and not increase the paying tax base.
