Dear Department of Planning and Development Services:
Parkhill is the authorized architect and engineer for the new XO Marriage facility located on the Gateway
Church Southlake campus at 700 Blessed Way, Southlake, Texas, at the corner of Grace Lane and
Kirkwood Boulevard.
Spanning three levels, XO Marriage’s new corporate headquarters are approximately 32,000 square feet
and located on 4.998 acres. The first level houses meeting rooms, offices, a café, a 200-seat classroom as
well as a television and podcast studio, enclosed with glass walls so visitors can view broadcast. Lobby
finishes incorporate stained and sealed concrete floors, wood accented seating at the café, and an elevator
lobby. The exposed ceiling and pendant lighting complete a sophisticated industrial look. XO Marriage’s
corporate offices occupy the second level and lease space is available on the third level.
The building materials include painted tilt-wall with punched windows, accented with silver metal panels.
The main entry façade is smooth finished stucco with a three-level, tinted Low-E glass curtain wall, accented
with silver metal lintels and spandrels. It is situated on landscaped grounds featuring native Texas drought
tolerant plant materials. The west entry comprises a landscaped drop-off and ample visitor and tenant
parking. Tenants and visitors may enjoy a patio located along the building's eastern side, which is enclosed
with ample planting, lighting, and a limestone privacy wall.
The property is zoned “NR-PUD #480-222”. We do not expect any variances with this application.
