Item 6 - Narrative LetterApril 12, 2021 Mr. Ken Baker, Senior Director of Planning & Development Services City of Southlake 1400 Main Street, Suite 310 Southlake, TX 76092 Re: Southlake Commons—SP-1 Dear Ken; Our application for the SP -1 zoning case is a request to add two additional color options to our currently approved elevations. These two additional elevations are an exterior color change only and do not include any changes to the previously approved architectural features and horizontal or vertical articulation. As we all know, our world is significantly different today than it was in March of 2020 and we are adjusting to the new development environment. Our customers have requested options and choices for our office buildings in Southlake Commons. They would like more variety for personal preferences, buildings which reflect the image of their business and easier identification of their building for visitors. The second request is to allow a 'Beauty Salon and Spa" use to occupy Building # 7. We have an eye brow threading studio under contract to purchase the building. We respectfully request the approval of our application by the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council. Do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or if you need additional information. Sincere Martin Schelline
