WORK SESSION: 1. CALL TO ORDER Work Session was called to order by Mayor Laura Hill 5:36pm. 2. INVOCATION: CLAYTON REED Mr. Clayton Reed provided the invocation. Mayor Laura Hill led the pledges of allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags. 3. DISCUSS ALL ITEMS ON TONIGHT'S AGENDA. NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AND EACH ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED DURING THE REGULAR SESSION. Mayor Hill reviewed the items on the consent agenda. 4. RECOGNITION FOR OUTGOING MAYOR HILL, MAYOR PRO TEM SHAWN MCCASKILL AND DEPUTY MAYOR PRO TEM JOHN HUFFMAN. RECEPTION TO FOLLOW IN THE LOBBY. The Mayor, City Council, and staff recognized outgoing Mayor Laura Hill, and Councilmembers Shawn McCaskill and John Huffman for their service the to the City of Southlake with a plaque, a framed picture of the City, and a memory box. All expressed their appreciation to their families, staff, Mayor Hill and Council, and the residents. CALL TO ORDER Regular Session was called to order by Mayor Hill at 6:42pm. The reception for outgoing Mayor, Place 2 and Place 5 took place in the Town Hall lobby prior to the beginning of the executive session. The times reflected below are correct. 2A. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Hill announced the City Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 consultation with city attorney and Section 551.074 deliberation regarding personnel matters.
