President John Huffman called the meeting to order at 4:34pm.
2. CONSENT
2A. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE AUGUST 4, 2020 SOUTHLAKE PAKS
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND PARKS BOARD JOINT MEETING.
President John Huffman presented Item 2A, and there were no questions from the board.

A motion was made to approve the minutes from the August 4, 2020, Southlake Parks
Development Corporation and Parks Board joint meeting.

Second: Palmer
Ayes: Huffman, Smith, Scharli, McCaskill, Patton, McMillan and Palmer
Approved: 7-0
3. PUBLIC FORUM
President John Huffman opened the public forum at 4:37pm. There being no one wishing
to speak, President John Huffman closed the public forum at 4:37pm.
4. CONSIDER
4A. APPROVE A CONTRACT WITH O'DONNELL'S LANDSCAPE SERVICES, INC. FOR
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $339,000 FOR CONTRACT LANDSCAPE SERVICES.
Director of Community Services Chris Tribble presented Item 4A and answered questions
from the Board.

A motion was made to approve Item 4A, approval of a contract with O'Donell's Landscape
Services, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $339,000 for contract landscape services.

Approved: 7-0

Director of Community Services Chris Tribble provided an overview of the sales tax
report, and no action was required.

Director of Community Services Chris Tribble provided an overview of the attendance
report, and no action was required.
