PARENT/STUDENT CODE OF CONTACT
This code of conduct is designed to describe the rules, expectations, and behavior of our Top Tier
Athletics families to ensure safety and fairness for everyone. We ask that parents/guardians review this
code of contact together.
Parking Lot
At no time is it appropriate for kids to be playing, running, and/or hanging out in the Top Tier Athletics
Parking lot. There are other businesses whom we share a parking lot with, and traffic going in and out. If
this becomes an issue, we will have to discuss future participation. We want to make sure all of our
families are safe and out of harms way at all times.
Drop off/Pick up
Parents/guardians are more than welcome to come in during drop off to make payment, etc. but are not
allowed to sit in the studio rooms during class. Parents/guardians will be able to watch their child's test
or routine during designated days that will be scheduled in advanced between parent and instructor.
We encourage parents to drop off and come back at the end of child's class. There will be a 5 minute
grace period in between classes for questions parents may have for instructor.
Payment/Tuition
Payment will be due at the beginning of every month. There will be a late fee of $15 if payment is not
received by the loth. Top Tier Athletics takes checks, cash, and credit card. You can pay online through
our website for your convenience or pay at the front desk.
Dress Code
Top Tier Athletics students must be in uniform to attend class. If student is not in uniform, he/she will be
asked to stay after class to partake in a fitness related activity.
Snacks/Water
There will be a designated area to hold students' belongings, including snacks and water. We ask that
food and beverage stay in designated area so that no food or beverages are ever on the mats or marley
flooring.
